CraftCare – FileMaker support from Craft ICT

We have been providing an ‘anything FileMaker’ remote support service since 2005, which is now known as CraftCare.

The service is based around a TimeBank where hours can be purchased and deposited then subsequently called off as and when needed for anything related to FileMaker. Examples of this include:

  • Server and desktop assistance
  • Quick fixes and adjustments
  • Minor development work
  • Mentoring
  • Training
  • “Help it is not working!”
  • Specifications and general advice

There are no monthly commitments and no minimum usage, just a flexible way of ensuring reliable help is always available when you need it.
