Marble Worktops
Multiple worktop manufacturers use our cloud-hosted systems to manage the full lifecycle from quotation through to manufacture, installation, and invoicing. These systems support both trade and domestic customers, coordinate factory production and fitting teams, and integrate directly with accounting software to eliminate duplicate data entry.
Banking & Financial Furniture
Our systems are used to manage sales, project delivery, product maintenance, accounting, and marketing for the manufacture and installation of specialist trading desks worldwide. With complex, shared components across product ranges—including water-cooled desks for IT-heavy environments—the bill of materials supports efficient purchasing, stock control, and production planning.
Engineering
Working closely with a machinery manufacturer supplying global food markets, we developed a fully integrated system to manage enquiry handling, fabrication, purchasing, assembly, stock control, international shipping, invoicing, and delivery. All machinery is manufactured and assembled in-house, with the system supporting the complete process end-to-end.
This project formed the foundation of Erpyrean, which evolved from a customer-specific solution into a broader manufacturing-focused system, refined through real-world use and ongoing development.
Insurance & Financial Services
Insurance systems demand accuracy, traceability, and long-term reliability. Our work in this sector focuses on reducing manual handling while maintaining full control over documentation and reporting.
Commercial Insurance
Bespoke systems in continuous use since 2011, supporting policy creation, renewals, payments, endorsements, claims, and client communications. All documentation and reporting is generated within the system, with secure access via Microsoft 365 and Azure single sign-on.
Equine Insurance
Comprehensive systems managing insurance for horses, vehicles, equipment, and related assets. All customer-facing documentation is produced internally using Word templates and custom data-merging tools.
Equine Veterinary Sales Report
Cloud-hosted veterinary reporting for prospective purchasers at horse sales. Accommodates varying electronic catalogues from sales around the world. Input from computers or iPads by vets and assistants with reports output and sent electronically to clients.
International Healthcare Insurance
Cloud-hosted systems replacing spreadsheet- and paper-based workflows for providers operating in the UK and Middle East, delivering fully structured processes with minimal physical output.
Complementary Health Practice Management
On-premises practice management allowing varying practitioners to book customer appointments to rooms with different durations depending on the appointment and treatment type. Manages customers, practitioners, treatments, users and invoice generation.
Medical Research Databases
Used in UK hospitals to record surgical outcomes and clinical data for long-term research into conditions including acoustic neuroma and Parkinson’s disease. Extracted data supported ongoing research and international presentations.
Perfusion & Surgical Stock Control
Systems used in UK hospitals to manage perfusion equipment and consumables for heart and lung surgery. Advanced bill-of-materials logic ensures availability of the correct components based on procedure type and individual surgeon preferences, alongside full NHS invoicing.
